How many days a week do you cook vegan?


I grew up with the traditional Flemish cuisine: mashed spinach & potatoes with sausages, chicken and apple sauce, like most of the kids my age.
I took a challenge from Vegan Gent last year: create vegan viennoiserie. They instantly were so successful that we extended our range with donuts, sandwiches,… My partner was so thrilled with my vegan chocolate rolls that she decided to cook plant based two or three times a week.
