How many days a week do you cook vegan?


I cook vegan about 5 days a week. I've been a vegetarian for over 20 years and I found myself resorting to easy options like ready-made veggie burgers or veggie sausages avoiding more interesting and healthy options. When I started to cook vegan my diet became a lot more diverse and healthier.

Eating vegan forced me to step out of my comfort zone. I got to know new flavors and learned new ways of preparing things. My vegan meals always bring a smile to my face because of the abundance of flavors and pretty colors. I can't imagine going back to the limited variety of foods I ate before.

I urge every one to give vegan food a chance and learn how good food can taste, smell and look.
