Q:

Do you think being vegan makes a difference?

A:

To be honest, this is a rather rethorical question for me.
Sure, on a worldwide scale, it might only be a very tiny difference, almost neglectable.
But in my world it makes a huge difference, and hopefully as well in the worlds of the people around me. I'm not a 'shoving the facts down everyone's throat' person (anymore), but I can argument my reasonings and motivations when asked. However, what I do tend to do is informing people who eat foie gras or the critically endangered tuna, so that they give it another thought.

Hopefully those planted seeds will one day grow to a more conscious decision making when it comes to everyday choices of buying food and other animal related products.
Most people know by now as well what you save by living as a vegan for one day, let alone each and every day. Those statistics prove that 1 person already makes a difference.
For the animals, for the biodiversity worldwide, for my health, for a compassionate and peaceful world.
Every person aligning their actions with their compassionate values makes a difference!
