When was the last time you ate meat?
A:
About four years ago, I guess. At a gas station, early in the morning after a trip to the organic wholesale market, I didn't resist the sausage bread in the shop. Eating it did appease my craving for whatever - it wasn't about flavor or quality, that's for sure - but was also accompanied by feelings of shame and guilt - I had been a vegetarian and on-and-off-vegan for years. The worst part of it all that the same thing happened the next week.
