A:

Yes, we all have some guilty pleasures.
Mine is a nice warm bath, it recreates me, stressy thoughts flow away in the cloud of herbal oils.
It warms me up in cold days and makes me sleep quiet and relaxed.
It is not ecological, I know,... but it is not a daily routine either.
